3. Binding offer

After jointly defining all details, we create a detailed and reliable offer. All services are clearly defined—for absolute cost certainty.
4. Structured project start

We develop a binding schedule, coordinate all involved trades, and create the complete execution planning—from the overview plan and structural design to material planning and all detailed drawings.
5. Transparent implementation

Production begins after plan approval. We keep you regularly informed about progress, deadlines, and costs. Should change requests arise, we communicate possible additional costs in a timely and fair manner. Assembly takes place in close coordination with you and all trades.
6. Clean project completion

After the on-site acceptance, we take care of all remaining work until you are completely satisfied. You will receive all necessary documentation immediately after the end of the project. Even after that, we remain reliably at your side for service and warranty.
