You will learn how to join pipes, sheets, different types of steel, as well as aluminum or plastic to create railings and scaffolding, bridges, and building components. You will manufacture steel portals, ventilation shafts, or excavation shoring and develop your skills in producing steel structures for bridges, buildings, skyscrapers, and high-alpine areas.
In the main module, Steel Construction Technology, you will learn how to transport workpieces to the site and assemble them there. You will use processes such as welding, soldering, riveting, drilling, or filing, as well as our CNC machine tools for manufacturing steel components.
Would you like to broaden your horizons for the future? Then take the additional Welding Technology module – with a shortened total apprenticeship duration of only 4 years.
